WORKSHOPS

Participants start the day with relaxing yoga postures following holistic respects to Sun and self for about an hour from 6:00am. A brisk rejuvenating walk will be followed by time to refresh and enjoy a sumptuous breakfast.

After breakfast, we will convene to discuss about holistic modalities or to learn art forms from different cultures with other 2D and 3D arts spewing with creativity and individuality, under personal guidance of an artist with over 25 yrs of experience.

Afternoon is open for relaxation.

Evening brings meditation and some calming group NLP experiences for the participants to heal from within.

Kindling imagination and nurturing expression of skill and thought, the camp encourages to exhibit one’s creative self while also learning modalities for a holistic well-being.

Papercutting of Japan, nestling dolls of Russia, symbols of Africa, Warli art form of India, watercolors of China, Thanka art of Tibet, stain glass of Europe, weaving of Latin America, etc are some of the themes we will explore.

 

Supply list for each week will be shared on signing up. Registration fees of $15 per participant for 1st session.
